This design is loosely based off of an old French manuscript picture. According to Wikipedia, "Vishnu is one of the principal deities of Hinduism and..…is the supreme being who creates, protects and transforms the universe"
What this shirt says to me: Vishnu is the Master who dances on the Universal Life Force Kundalini energy, the cobra. Vishnu has mastered his Divine Self and therefore can joyfully dance with the Divine Life Force as he moves through a physical existence. Notice the Magician's wand in his left hand which represents his ability to manifest.
