      PRODUCTS

      1. Where can I find your size chart? All sizes are standard retail sizing.
      2. Where can I find fabric and materials information? Information about the fabric and materials used on each product can be found in the description of that product on the product’s page. 
      3. Do you do custom shirts by request? We do not do custom shirts.  We are interested in spiritual ideas you would like displayed on a shirt and will evaluate any ideas you have.   Please email customer service and we may develop the product you have in mind. 
      4. The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I purchase it now and have it ship when it is restocked? If the item you want is out of stock you may place your order and we will try and fulfill it as quickly as possible, while keeping you apprised of a ship date.    If we cannot fulfill the order you will be notified and your payment refunded.

       

      ORDERING 

      1. How do I check the status of an order?   You will be notified when we receive the order and you will receive a text or an email tracking number when your order ships.   
      2. Will you provide tracking information once my order as shipped?  Yes
      3. How do I modify/cancel an order?   Email customerservice@sagelife.org
      4. Can I place an order outside of the United States?  No, we currently ship only in the US.
      5. What forms of payment do you accept online? We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.
      6. How long will it take for my order to ship?  We try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.  
      7. Do you offer gift packaging?  Not currently.

      Returns and Exchanges

      1. What is your return policy?  Returns are accepted for 35 days from ship date on products that have not been worn or used and are in as new condition.
      2. How do I make a return or exchange?  Contact customerservice@sagelife.org for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.   No returns will be accepted without a pre-authorized RMA.
      3. I received a gift from someone, but I would like to return or exchange it. Can I do that?   Yes, just get an RMA number and send us your product.  Any difference in product cost will either be charged to you or credited.   You will have to pay standard shipping costs. 
      4. How long will it take to receive my return or exchange? 3 to 10 business days.
